Tell us about yourself
I'm married to the love of my life Greg for thirty years. We've laughed together, cried together and have grown together. Greg is a special education teacher for 30 years and since you do a job like that because you are compelled to make a difference for children and not for the money, he founded his own company about 15 years ago Diversified Cleaning and Maintenance. My Wiring is D/I, Greg is S/C...totally opposite and yes opposites do attract!

We've been blessed with our amazing daughter Melissa whom we take joy in watching as she reaches her purpose. She has a heart for God and for hurting people and so we open up our home and hearts. Melissa's wired as a D/C/S. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree in social work and then plans to work on her MSW. No doubt in our minds that people’s lives will be richer and better because of Melissa.

I have taken my 25+years of successful global corporate team building and 2 decades of DISC behavior experience and created an amazing program for parents since our children don’t learn success, those seeds of strength are already inside them, we simply need to help them to discover those strengths and nurture them along the way.

Why make them spend a lifetime figuring out their strengths when we can provide them an edge!

There are some wonderful additional benefits too.

Parents discover each child's

> greatest need
> motivations
> optimal learning environment
> how to tell if our child is under pressure

and most important

> how to stay in the sweet spot of functional connection with our children!

That is what My Wired Style is all about!

We're grateful for the friends and mentors God has placed in our lives along the way and the opportunities to bless others that await us each day.

What are you thankful for?

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
It's not so much the food and the family, although they are both great.

My list is long, here's just a glimpse:
1. A God who loves me even when I'm n… Continue
