Honestly, when buying a toddler bed you are just buying a bed frame, because like I said it uses the same mattress as the crib. In other words the mattress you have NOW in your son's crib would go in his toddler bed.

Seems like you are mighty busy. I remember when. I have 4 grandkids but they live out of state. So, I see them about twice a year.
